Q-1. DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
A. No, our leases are on a month-to-month basis.
Q-2. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Checks and money orders mailed to the Arizona address.
Pay online with our payment link on your emailed invoice.
Debit/Credit cards over the phone to the billing office.
Set up an auto-recurring payment with your Debit/Credit card.
Set up an auto-recurring ACH with your checking account.
Cash accepted for initial unit rental.
Major credit cards accepted are MasterCard, VISA.
Q-3. DOES YOUR FACILITY PRORATE RENT?
A. Yes. The first month's rent is prorated to the end of the month.
Q-4. WHY DO I NEED INSURANCE?
A. While your items are in storage they are not covered by the storage facility for loss or damage. We strongly recommend that all customers have insurance to cover their belongings. Do not assume any existing policy will automatically cover your items in storage. Check with your insurance agent regarding your homeowner's or renter's policy coverages.
Q-5. CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE IN YOUR FACILITY?
A. Yes, you may store your vehicle in the 10 x 20 single-car garage storage units. Please use cardboard under the engine in case of oil leaks. Currently, no outdoor storage space is available.
Q-6. WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE STORED?
A. You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Examples of such items are ammunition, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, fireworks, etc. No food or perishable items such as produce and plants. If in doubt of what can be stored in our spaces, please ask the property manager.
Q-7. DO YOU HAVE PROTECTION AGAINST RODENTS?
A. Yes, we supply every unit with one free professional strength rodenticide. Refills are available if needed.
Q-8. WHAT ARE YOUR SECURITY MEASURES?
A. We have an Automated Security Gate activated by the tenant's personalized entry code. We also have motion-activated security cameras. There are dusk to dawn overhead lighting, and the entire facility is fenced.
