Q-1. DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

A.  No, the lease agreements are on a month-to-month basis. There is a required 14 day advance notice to vacate a storage unit.

Q-2. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

  • Checks and money orders mailed to the Oregon billing office.


  • Pay online with our payment link on your emailed invoice.


  • Debit/Credit cards over the phone to the billing office. 

  • Set up an auto-recurring payment with your Debit/Credit card.

  • Set up an auto-recurring ACH with your checking account.


MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Q-3. DOES YOUR FACILITY PRORATE RENT?

A.  Yes.  The first month's rent is prorated to the end of the month.

Q-4. WHY DO I NEED INSURANCE?

A.  While your items are in storage they are not covered by the storage facility for loss or damage. We strongly recommend that all customers have insurance to cover their belongings. Do not assume any existing policy will automatically cover your items in storage. Check with your insurance agent regarding your homeowner's or renter's policy coverages.

Q-5. CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE AT YOUR FACILITY?

A.  There is no outdoor storage available on the property.

Q-6. WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN STORAGE?

A.  You cannot store any hazardous, toxic, or illegal items. Examples of such items are ammunition, gasoline, paint, paint thinner, propane, fireworks, etc. No food or perishable items such as produce and plants. No fish totes. If in doubt of what can be stored, please ask the property manager at (360) 268-1818.

Q-7. DO YOU HAVE PROTECTION AGAINST RODENTS?

A.  Yes, we supply every unit with one free professional strength rodenticide. Refills are available if needed.

Q-8. WHAT ARE YOUR SECURITY MEASURES?

A.  There is an automated security gate activated by the tenant's personalized entry code.  There is 24 hour motion-activated security cameras.
